ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager who is keen to grow with us in bringing the Maverick brand to life and drive its success. Proven experience in the fast, casual quick service restaurant industry would be advantageous.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff training, team development and deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing financial performance. This is an exciting start-up opportunity where you can be directly involved in forming the business and play an integral role in driving its success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DEPENDING ON LEVEL):
• Oversee a high-volume restaurant environment
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to deliver a
professional and consistent customer experience that promotes future growth
• Train, lead and motivate crew
